Responsibilities
- Create and manage strategies to boost online sales and meet business targets.
- Ensure the website is easy to use, well-organised, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage our audience.
- Track sales performance, analyse data, and find ways to improve sales and conversions.
- Oversee customer service, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
- Work with team members and external partners to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, online sales, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in analysing data, solving problems, and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is a bonus.
- Must be able to work from Borelasgamuwa and travel to different locations when needed.
