Job Description
Responsibilities
● Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's sales channels
● Create, curate and publish social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
● Consistently publish social media content on a daily basis
● Monitor and respond to all social media comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
● Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad content, targeting, and monitoring performance
● Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels
Requirements
● Minimum academic qualifications: GCE O/Ls and A/Ls
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
● Must be willing to work from Borelasgamuwa and willing to travel to different locations as per the requirement
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
● Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus
● Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva will be an added advantage
● 1-2 years of experience in a related field is an added advantage
