Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting textiles, providing product information, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including arranging textiles and ensuring the shop is presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of textiles and fabric types is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
