We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to
join our team as a Customer Care Executive within our E-commerce
department based in Delkanda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
promptly and professionally.

• Order Management: Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.


• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our products to
customers.


• Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to
relevant departments.


• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
and transactions.


• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a
seamless customer experience.


• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of customer service are
maintained.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a
related field is preferred.


• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially inan e-commerce setting, is an
added advantage.

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure while continuing to have a calm and composed attitude
• Ability to be empathic and patience when dealing with customers
